Kona is an 23 year old Xaela woman, standing at 5'0. She loves to make clothes for those she meets, and even bakes for those she cares about.Most of her knowledge has come from her mother, as she'd spend time with her. Though, she has learned things from her father. Or both parents, in that matter.She hasn't spent much time meeting other people growing up, but she has friends she made in her village tribe that she cherishes. Even the children in the tribe would call her "Big sis/Sister Kona" everytime she came to give them some baked goods.Overtime, when she came of age, she slayed a steppe tiger with her own hands, like everyone else who does in the Qerel tribe. She earned her axe in this honor, and kept it close as an object she treasures alot.When it came to her motivations to start adventuring out from the Azim Steppe, her mother was the main reason. Though her dad was overprotective at first to the idea, he later accepted this. And so, Kona seeks out Eorzea and its many cultures.
Personality traits: compassionate, calm, caring, fun-to-be around, helpful, well mannered, strong, always wears heart on sleeve, emotionally availableFlaws: can be too caring, forgetting to do important tasks sometimes when it comes to her investment in her interests (ex. eating when she is weaving clothes), dense when it comes to flirting/attraction that other people have for her, gullible, naive, can be reckless when it comes to people she loves/cares about

In Heavensward, Kona learned to overcome her grief and was determined to keep living in the face of the death of her ally—Haurchefant Greystone.. and ended the Dragonsong War when she fought Nidhogg and slayed the wyrm. King Thordan was also slain, to stop him from using the power of Nidhogg's Eyes.Thus, did Kona journey further..
In Stormblood, Kona assisted the Ala Mhigan Resistance and her Far East allies in overcoming the clutch of the Garlean Empire—fighting alongside Hien, Yugiri, the Scions of The Seventh Dawn, and the Ala Mhigan Resistance.She also visited her homeland in this time, The Azim Steppe—and she greeted her mother and father, baking them a pie so they would not go long without her baking.Before the awakening of Tsukuyomi, Kona resented Asahi from the moment they met. She never understood why he hated her sister Yotsuyu.Yet, she continued on—honoring Tsukuyomi by wielding an axe imbued with the moonlight from her domain.In quieter settings, Kona had moments of respite with Lyse, and their bond deepened as well—sharing their own stories to one another, sparring on the hand of Rhalgr in Rhalgr's Reach—in late night getaways when everyone else was asleep.After Ala Mhigo was reclaimed, and stopped Zenos yae Galvus from his tyranny, Kona prepared for a rest after a long journey to the Far East.Though, Kona never thought she'd be away from the Source, especially Lyse, for what felt like a long time in her next adventure..
In Shadowbringers, Kona didn't expect to end up on The First. She woke up to a strange world around her, but she adjusted rather quickly—knowing her allies were here when she met the Crystal Exarch.
She met the people of the First—from the Crystarium, to Eulmore, Tomra, the Rak'Tika Greatwood, and the Ondo Cups..Throughout her journey, Kona has grown stronger in her bond with not only the Scions, but the Crystal Exarch as well. She would often find herself studying the First, immersing herself in the Cabinet of Curiosity in the Crystarium.When slaying the Lightwardens, the light she was absorbing was changing her rapidly—a few locks of her blue hair slowly turning white, to which it became highlights after awhile. While Kona doesn't mind it, she doesn't like the way this means she is a danger to those around her.Still, she goes on—adopting a new armor, also styling her hair.
When all of the lightwardens were slain, including Vaulthry—Kona was feeling hopeless when it came to Emet Selch's meddling.Still, with the help of her friends and Ardbert—she overcame his trials and fought to save both her world and the First.
In the aftermath, with Elidibus taking up what Emet had failed to do—Kona readied with her comrades in arms to stop him—running up the crystalline stairs with the Crystal Exarch, trying to reach the top before Elidibus—as the first Warrior of Light—could do anything.
